Martica Smith is an accomplished real estate agent at CENTURY 21 First Choice Realty. Originally from Havana, Cuba, Martica lived in Tulsa for several years before moving to South Africa with her parents. She holds a Marketing Diploma from the University of South Africa and a business certificate from Technikon in Pretoria, South Africa. Before entering the real estate industry, Martica gained valuable skills in customer service and communication from her work at a multinational company in South Africa, She also successfully operated a water aerobics and fitness business in South Africa for over a decade.

In 2006, Martica returned to Tulsa to help her parents as they aged in place and established athriving personal training business that she still runs to this day. Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence are evident in approach to real estate.

Outside of work, Martica enjoys spending time with her 3 fur babies as well as her 2 children and their families, helping with grandkids, cooking, traveling and staying active.
